We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If your artwork does not meet your expectations, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition & packaging.
If your artwork arrives damaged or not as described, contact us immediately at Info@11-ace.com with your order number & photos. Once received, we'll arrange a return & replacement at no cost - or issue a full refund.
Return instructions, including the correct address & approved insured delivery method, will be provided via email. All returns must be sent in the original packaging and include the signed certificate of authenticity along with all accompanying materials.
